I’ve been a vegetarian since my birth [Just Vegetarian, not a Vegan]. I’m so thin and short for my age, that I need to build my body now. I eat regularly but don’t seem to grow at all. So, tell me the best vegetarian diet to build body.

For my age 14 but am really thin also eat lot but am really thin also eat too short for my age 14 but still dont grow that much soy sorry if this isnt very helpful im kind of wondering the same.
