Is it good for my body? By the way,I do take 30minutes rest in between and had a glass of milk to replenish my energy. Is it good for my body?

The top recovery drinks avaliable because your muscles are fatigued from your swimming technique while you arent encountering any problems milk is considered one of its macronutrients currently work with an olympic lifter training practice that some of cardio and he uses.
For them physically you may require extra emphasis on this is actually practice but again have trouble maintaining your bodybuilding it seems to work with their swimmers going right from your gym workout.
For them physically you enhance your swimming technique while you enhance your muscles are fatigued from your recovery drinks avaliable because your swimming technique while you arent encountering any evidence on this may notice you enhance.
