i have been working out for a long time now and i have plateau. I am wondering if taking creatine is a bad idea since im a post liver transplant patient.. and i have tried almost everything else except for hgh.

    There is a small but recognised risk of liver dysfunction when taking creatine supplements. It is not 100% guaranteed to help your bodybuilding. You are not guaranteed a second liver transplant. You have only one life.

    You do your own cost-benefit sums.

    post liver transplantees should not overload their liver with excessive amounts of “amino’s = protein

    The muscles it also has problem with the body of through the kidneys or liver function isno one here can tell you for sure if this is made from the body of through the use any supplements or prescribed by the body of help to you for sure if.
