I am 13 years old and I really want to start bodybuilding. Its been a big dream of mine to have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Because of my age, what is the best way to start training? Thankyou!

First of all, despite what anybody says, ****** don’t dig that.
Secondly, uh, you buy a weight set or go to the gym… easy stuff.
Oh, and you should probably eat meat and wheat (like rhymes).

At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.
