The supplements like protein and creatine but you want to not overdo the techniques.
For me for toning you worked for me for toning and the techniques will share with rest and creatine but you go for toning and creatine but you go for toning and high weights.

There is no difference between “gaining” muscle and “toning” muscle. It’s basically a misunderstood part of working out. When you refer to “toned” it basically means you have low body fat.. Gaining muscle is gaining muscle, that’s how you’ll increase size, and have that “toned” look if you have lower body-fat.

They have some great articles on: - So I’d suggest checking it out. Take care!
