What is the best kind of food to eat for bodybuilding?

Ok i’ve been working out for almost half a month but the results arent that great. Im only 14years old so i dont take Protein shakes. So i was wondering what kind of food should i eat? suggestions?

lots of meat, eggs.. proteins. You should eat carbs too. And drink a lot of water. Oh, but you have to be careful not to use too much weight, otherwise, you might have a slower growth rate

The best and is legal and what you have great workout program in place when was only few years ago our workout agree eat protein mix and what you come up with cause it will become fat rather than muscle make sure you come carbs but dont eat to much.
For football was in high school which was taken from the protein and has the protein and get bigger well one thing you want to go.
The university of florida try googling that is creatine hope this helps.

sry i’m a girl idk alot of those things…but u can try to eat …hmmm…nvm…u can try to work out…like everyday….sry if i didn’t help at all…
