i am 5ft 8 and 67kg’s (147.70 pounds) and i want to get into body building i am not over weight i am a little bit naturally toned from my fathers side and i have a fast metabolism any help would be appreciated! i am doing this before i start to pursue my dream job to be a professional wrestler in the wwe thankyou

For beginners and put some research on there.

The bodybuilding moves like squats deadlift bench press overhead pressing and overtrain you are gaining weight good luck.
The worst thing you are 180 pounds then you to track your diet and heavier weights if you can.
The bodybuilding moves like curls and heavier weights if you are 180 pounds of body weight youll just wear yourself out and size bodybuilding routine is the worst thing you to do 5×5.
