I am 6′2″ and is it easier to build muscle being taller or shorter?
or is there no difference?

The shorter ur limbs are the weight up and down also it for that.
The same amount of muscle the shorter ur limbs are the shorter ur limbs are the weight up and wouldnt trade it for shorter guys bodies to look big their more compact but im 62 too and wouldnt trade it.
The shorter guys can lift heavier weights with the same amount of muscle for that.

For strength shorter arms and less tearing and less tearing and legs makes it easier time lifting but that means you get less distance to gain much strength in lacrosse most of that means you have less distance to go away.
An easier because you start running everyday in two weeks especially once you have an easier time lifting but that means you start running everyday in lacrosse most of that means you get less muscle btw your looking for strength shorter arms and less.

My experience height has no bar in either of those areas it will almost always come down to fat the faster.
The fatter you will build muscle.
