Protein absorption, how it relates to body building, Whey protein in the body effects? Getting a 6 pack easy?
September 5th, 2009 | by admin |Hi, i been working out for about a year now And I have been On all kinds of whey proteins. My first question is, What happens if I work out 5 days a week, and on the days I work out I take 2-3 servings of a whey protein, and on the weekends when My body is resting I dont take any and just get all my protein from my diet? Will it just make it slightly harder to gain muscle mass or will it have no effect since I take in most my protein when i do work out?
Also are there any supplements out there that make protein absorb more in the body? I hear Creatine and Glutamine are great to supplement with protein. I have taken 2 cycles of Cell Mass, a creatine Ester made by BSN, and I am not sure if its working so I just stick with the basic Animal Pak and protein powder. I am not too sure how Glutamine works but I am pretty sure Cell Mass and protein already has plenty of it.
Also what is the best whey protein or protein powder out there as far as results go? I hear Nitro Tech is 24 times more powerful than nay whey protien which is a pretty big claim. Any more tips would be useful.
P.S is it possible to get a 6 pack by just a good diet and ab exercises alone everyday? If Cardio is that important how much would I have to do it? 3 times a week good? Thanks
Cooper
