I’ve never had oatmeal before, but I hear that it’s great for your health. Do they contain protein?
How do I make oatmeal and what ingredients should I add to it to make it healthier and more protein filled?
Can someone recommend me a specific brand that I can easily find in a grocery store?

I’m vegan but I love protein oats too! I use soy protein.
You can get really creative w/it: chocolate protein and 1 T peanut butter, vanilla w/berries, either kind with a sliced up banana.
Here is a little tip to keep it from getting like paste: mix the powder through the oats first then pour in the hot water and mix quickly a few stirs w/a fork. Then let it sit and soak up the water. Over stirring makes a pasty disgusting bowl of gummy stuff.
