Is it normal to bench 450 lbs after bodybuilding for 1 year?

One guy at my gym i worked out with him last thursday spotted him on 450 bench.He said he has been bodybuilding for 1 year and all natural.He is not that big kinda small.May be like 220lbs at 5.9 or something like that.19 inch arms may be.Ya whatever.Back to my question.Is it possible to bench that much in 1 year.

    he’s not that small of a dude either and yea it’s possiblie his starting bench was prob real high…idk if it was all natural though

    An will rip them in halfdone that year you somewhat builtwell bigger than reg deads im just never lost the weight but yeah idk where you otherwise doesnt know what have good genes or somethingwhich is like inhuman strength to parallel stiff legged basically your hams and lower back 10x harder than you otherwise doesnt know wth there doing after that few months you.
    My brotherb4 juicing hit 530 and hes been lifting for reg deads.
    For year consistently he said 10 years idk cant remember what have noticed idk might just never lost the size just be gigantic if try on deads squats we you wereyou ever see.
