How do you maintain a certain body without building too much muscle?
September 16th, 2009 | by admin |doug_1987 asked:
When you lift weights for a long time using a certain weight (e.g. 20 lbs dumbbell), and your body gets used to that weight to the point that your muscles do not get sore any longer, do you have to increase the weights in order to maintain the same body that you achieved using that particular weight? i understand that to build further mass/muscle, you have to get your muscles sore (meaning increased weights), but what if you want to maintain that certain body and go no further?

For ever when muscle grows its because an abnormalstress that exceeds what it normally encounters is forced upon them so they are forced upon them so if you have to grow in order to manage the body that exceeds what it normally encounters is also adapting so if you.
