Im interested in professional wrestling in a few years, so I want to begin to get in excellent shape. Im 17, female, 170lbs, and have a very muscular body. My bmi says that I am overweight, which I do need to lose a couple of pounds, but my body is naturally very muscular. How do I begin training? I’m getting a YMCA membership, what exercises should I do, aerobic and weightlifting, how often and what should I eat? And what vitamin supplements should I take?
