How can I maintain a fit body building lifestyle even when I am prescribed some medications by my doctor?

Can this be possible? Are there any workout freaks or body builders here who are in the same situation as I am or who at least took some doctor prescribed pills for a few months while still working out? Does it still work?
okay I don’t mean sports or supplement pills but prescription meds that are maintenance like for example prednisone (anti-inflammatory steroid), paroxetine (anti-depressant), singulair, etc. boy am I messed up or what

For anyone to specify what pills you need to answer your question.
For anyone to specify what pills you have been prescribed otherwise theres no way for anyone to answer your question.

Unfortunately, you shouldn’t work out while on any kind of medications. That includes cigarettes and alcohol and even aspirin.

Increase your cardio a little bit and drink a lot of water. Green tea is good as well.

Unless your doctor told you not to exercise because of these meds ,keep exercising…….that is however that you aren’t using illegal ones that are muscle enhancers too.I am on several meds each day but I still do yoga, tai chi,and small weights
