I’ve been working out for 15 mounths taking:protein supplement,creatine,multivitamin,egg whites…But what i wont to know is how can i loose 15-25lbs(fat) and gain muscle mass without the use of steriods.So does anyone know of a good workout programe?….THANKS CHRIS

The other to morinings we did plyometrics in paramilitary academy training everydaythe only workout we did was daily run.
The evening we did plyometrics in the other to morinings we would either run some more.

My work out days it worked for me.
