BodyBuilding:How Many Calories do I have to increase to reach 200 pounds?
June 28th, 2009 | by admin |justjoe1980 asked:
I’am 6′0″ and I weigh 182 pounds. I’m taking in about 2500-3300 calories a day. I train 6 days a week for just over an hour a day.I’am aware that I will have to increase my calories to bulk up but how fast and how many. Naturally I do not want to move up in cal so fast that I put on unwanted fat but at the same time I would like to grow at the fastest rate that nature will permit. Thanks!

go up by 200 cal per day, also try taking supplements like protein or creotine which will help to build up muscle strength and size
