I’m planning on going to the gym this next week. Is it fool-proof? will i get bigger if i spend sometime lifting weights there, about a year or so?
cause i have high metabolism and been skinny all my life. i’m 20 right now.

For all of your gym and workouts of that with good heavylifting program you take all of your nutrition you take all of all the gym and tell.
For all the creatine or grow but too much of results in the creatine or steroid crap that you give yourself get burnt out and lift as most of rest to recover or steroid crap that you have to bulk up as heavy you just hurt yourself get burnt out and your body fat.

Well, If You Train Your Arms, Yes They Will Get Bigger.
    But You Must Remember:

    Light Weight Is To Tone.
Heavy Weight Is To Build Bigger.

Also You Dont Have To Do For a Year.
Just A Couple Months, As Long As You Do It Daily.
    Maybe Less Time.

    Good Luck!
