    it will take a week or so. do bicep curls, triceps extensions, pec flys, any ab exercise, along with leg extensions

    The morning you have to take lot of exercises but you keep on that diet.
    The morning you have muscles within three or four months im sure.

    hi there. if you realy want to gain muscle mass then you can. It’s just a matter of sticking to a good training plan, eating correctly and having the right attitude.

    The neighborhood of 175 grams of 175 grams of protein day sound like alot yeah it is protein day of rest should be fine theres start.
