What should i eat? I have just started Body Building. I want to have a nice musclar body in 3 months?

I am 6 feet tall, Weigh 76 kgs., 27 year old boy from India. I am in good shape. I started muscle building from last 15 days. I want to get a very good muscular body in 3 months. Kindly guide me what should be my diet? I am from India and not very rich. So can’t afford costly food.

    Spring water, organic foods, raw vegetable, and raw fruits. lots of protein and moderate dairy products.

    You have to eat lots of protein, egg whites are rich in protein. You can use a non-stick pan and spray some oil cook 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg everyday. It will also be fast if you take some supplements. It also depends on your workout technique.
