I’m just trying to find the best product out there on the market today in the areas of body building. As far as what really, and truly works for body building. Now I don’t plan on going all out like those professionals do, but I do want to lose weight, gain muscle, etc. etc. Tell me, what do you think is out there that is safe, reliable, works, etc etc?

    The supplements out there is no supplement that covers them all the supplements out there is no supplement use will depend on your supplement that your goals.

    yea.. let me help you out. I was confused also. Let me suggest that you pick up some cell mass, protein powder(everry kind is usually good), multi vitamins and this book muscle gaining secrets(its like the bible of working out).
