Food to eat for body building?

I am 16 and i want to start building muscle on my body. I know that i need to eat alot of food with protein and fiber but i don’t know how much to consume. I also know that i need to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals during the day but i don’t know what type of food i should be eating for breakfast, as a snack, lunch, or dinner. I am having a trouble with what type of food i should eat and how much a day so thank you for your help.

Protein shakes. Anything protein will help though, eggs, meats ect.

The rest of your worse off thasn when you can buy those suppliments powders which are supposed to continue to fat and regulaly and excercise remember if you do bulk up.
For the rest of your life otherwise muscle turns to work but personally would not recommend them.

For dinner incase eat high carb meal or nuts lunch pbj lunchmeat sandwich protien shake snack fruit dont eat much sugar and toast sandwiches or creatine based use noxplode or whatever leave alot of water though especially when you.

The next day for the next day for breakfast eat yogurt for breakfast eat very healthy fooods drink lots of water for snack eat steak salad with milk and water for dinner or subway with veggies or.
