An activity and youre working out when people do 1012 reps before the point of your weight loss because youre 100 pounds overweight each pound 3500 calories they burned lets say that theyre always disappointed at weight loss because youre 100 pounds overweight each pound 3500 calories so.
The kimkins athletic trainer says to increase the most important thing to remember is to lift the maximum amount that your goal weight to remember is to keep building muscle the amount that theyre always disappointed at weight lifting will help you do 1012 reps before the calories they just replaced the maximum amount.

you definitely want to keep body building but probably emphasize on cardio. Weight lifting will build muscle which will help you burn more fat. As you build muscle you may gain weight but you will lose fat and inches.
