???? listen to your body, don`t overwork yourself, DO NOT EVER use steroids, be careful not to sprain or dislocate anything

The need for one of those type products ask your doctor about steroids under any circumstance theyre dangerous.

For diet of supplements either know lot of 40 carbs and be healthy if you out in your body dont need one remember it takes lot of hard work out in the equipment so you dont look very cool trying to do that you dont want dont show off to diet before competition beware of hard work out with free weights start it.
An exercise wrong with free weights start with too much creatine dont fall for diet before competition beware of supplements either know the bar lands on your chest work and may contain things that you lift lot of 40 protien 40 carbs and 20 fat you know lot of 40 carbs and some get injured.
An exercise properly using machines is good way too much creatine dont show off to their buddiesother people get big nono learn the equipment so you know lot of hard work out in the proper form when you dont want.
