Body Building for Sprinters is it Different?

I have heard that sprinters do not build muscle the same way as body builders. Does anyone know how they build their muscle and what way?

    Sprinters do weight lifting in 3 parts
    For Maximum strength,developed with weight training,specific to the type of strength required,and the particular demands of the event using Olympic Lifts and exercises of a general nature e.g Leg Curls ,Leg Extension, Shoulder Press ,Chest Press,Lower Back Extensions

    2.Elastic strength-developed with conditioning exercises,complex training sessions,medicine ball exercises
    and plyometric exercises

    and
    3.Strength endurance be developed with circuit training,
    dumbbell exercises ,weight training,hill and harness running
